Yesterday, May 4th, Beau turned six years old. Happy birthday buddy!
He had a nice relaxing day, lounging around, playing with his stuffed animals, and nibbling on Belle’s ears. He capped the day day off with with some doggy ice cream! For those of you not in the know, I’m talking about Frosty Paws.
Here’s a few pictures of them enjoying their peanut butter flavored ice cream:
At first Beau was a little unsure…
… but he quickly discovered why daddy loves ice cream so much!
And of course, we couldn’t leave Belle out. She was just as confused about this cold sticky substance in a cup. Humans have such weird food!
Like her brother, she quickly came around!
Beau tries to nibble through his ice cream, while Belle eats hers the old fashioned way.
Then the birthday boy decided he would try eating the plastic cup! It’s crunchy!
All said and done, it was a good birthday for Beau. I’m sure he’d rather be running in the sand of some tropical beach, but instead he got 60 degree weather and rain ;) Maybe it’ll be better weather next year buddy.
